A partnership between Max Estates and Habitat for Humanity India

Aakera village, Rewari district, Haryana: Sumitra (Centre) and her family rest happily outside their newly built home in Aakera village.
Fifty-four families in Haryana now live in safe, dignified homes — because a purpose-led partnership chose to build hope beyond bricks and mortar.
Why This Matters?
A safe home is the foundation for everything else — health, education, livelihoods and dignity. Yet for many families across India, inadequate housing remains a daily reality, forcing them to live in unsafe structures that compromise their well-being and future.
In rural Haryana, many families lived in fragile homes with leaking roofs, poor ventilation and no sanitation—conditions that placed women, children and the elderly at constant risk.
This partnership set out to change that.
The Partnership
Guided by its philosophy of LiveWell and its core value of Sevabhav — a spirit of service — Max Estates is committed to translating business success into social impact.
Through a collaboration with Habitat for Humanity India, Max Estates linked its Estate 128 project in Noida to the dream of safe housing for underserved families. For every unit sold at Estate 128, a contribution was made towards building permanent, dignified homes for families who had never experienced housing security before.
This unique partnership between Max Estates and Habitat India demonstrates how purpose-driven businesses can play a catalytic role in addressing India’s housing need.
