• Indian citizens and Indian passport holders. Donations may qualify for tax benefits under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, subject to applicable laws and conditions.
• For Indian donors, PAN and complete address details are required for issuance of a tax receipt. Eligible donors will receive an 80G donation receipt and Form 10BE in accordance with applicable provisions of the Income Tax Act.
• Foreign Donors who are Non-Indian passport holders and other foreign sources. Contributions are accepted in accordance with the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA), 2010 and applicable regulations.
